Having grown up in forestry headquarters around NZ and having family involved in the construction, agricultural and automotive industries, I understand Trade industries and have a passion for working with staff, managers and owners.
What drives me is my desire to make a difference and add value by helping business owners build workplace environments where employees and managers work together to create a winning culture and winning results. I’m often asked how to do this. We do this by providing employees opportunities to grow and develop, have meaningful work for them to do in a positive and safe work environment with managers that are hands on and skilled in how to get the best from them.

I started Corp HR in April 2020 after repeated requests from corporate companies to help them manage their company restructures. Demand also came from businesses wanting an external HR professional to take the lead for their workplace investigations.
I am delighted to have a small team of highly qualified and experienced HR contractors who help both businesses – Tradie HR & Corp HR deliver top quality care, advice and support to all our wonderful clients.
